Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Who We Are

PitchYourGuestPost is an online marketplace operated by István Fábián, Carrer del Laberint 2-4, 08005 Barcelona, Spain.

Email: support@pitchyourguestpost.com

In these Terms, “PitchYourGuestPost”, “PYGP”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the platform.

These Terms apply to people who browse or use PitchYourGuestPost and to users who submit and purchase reviews of guest-post pitches (“Pitchers”).

Users who participate as Reviewers are also subject to the separate Reviewer Terms.

2. What PitchYourGuestPost Does

PitchYourGuestPost is an online marketplace connecting Pitchers with website owners and operators (“Reviewers”) who are willing to review guest-post pitches for a fee.

The service purchased by a Pitcher is the Reviewer’s genuine consideration and review of a guest-post pitch.

A Reviewer completes the review by giving either:

  • an acceptance; or
  • a rejection with feedback.

Both outcomes constitute a completed review.

You are paying for review and consideration of your pitch, not for acceptance or publication.

Payment does not guarantee:

  • acceptance of your pitch;
  • publication of an article;
  • a guest post;
  • a backlink;
  • editorial coverage;
  • any particular type of link;
  • traffic;
  • search-engine rankings;
  • revenue; or
  • any other business or marketing result.

Reviewers make their own independent editorial decisions.

3. Marketplace Roles

PitchYourGuestPost operates the marketplace and provides the technology through which Pitchers and Reviewers find each other, pitches are submitted, payments are collected and reviews are returned.

The selected Reviewer provides the actual pitch-review service.

Reviewers are independent providers. They are not employees, agents or representatives of PitchYourGuestPost.

When you purchase a review, PitchYourGuestPost collects the payment through Stripe on the marketplace’s Stripe account. After a completed review and the applicable holding period, the Reviewer’s share is transferred to their Stripe account through Stripe Connect.

The Reviewer does not directly process your card payment.

PitchYourGuestPost currently retains a 15% commission from the Reviewer’s listed review price.

4. Reviewer Status

Reviewers may operate as businesses or professional traders, or in some cases as individuals who are not acting as traders.

Where required, PitchYourGuestPost will indicate the status declared by the Reviewer before you purchase a review.

Where a Reviewer declares that they are not acting as a trader or business, consumer-protection rules applicable to contracts between consumers and traders may not apply to your contract with that Reviewer.

This does not affect legal obligations that apply separately to PitchYourGuestPost as the marketplace operator.

5. Reviewer Approval

Reviewers cannot automatically list themselves for paid reviews.

PitchYourGuestPost manually approves Reviewers before they may receive paid pitches.

Reviewers must also successfully complete Stripe Connect onboarding and have a Stripe account capable of receiving transfers and payouts.

Approval means only that the Reviewer has satisfied our marketplace onboarding requirements.

It does not mean that PitchYourGuestPost guarantees or endorses:

  • the Reviewer;
  • their website;
  • their audience;
  • their editorial standards;
  • their SEO metrics;
  • the quality of their website;
  • their likelihood of accepting a pitch; or
  • any result from pitching them.

6. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of legal majority if higher, to purchase or provide paid review services through PitchYourGuestPost.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

If you use PitchYourGuestPost on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

7. Reviewer Listings and Ranking

Website listings may contain information including the website, topics or categories, review price, review deadline and other information relevant to Pitchers.

Reviewers determine their own review price and review deadline within the limits permitted by PitchYourGuestPost.

Where PitchYourGuestPost ranks or orders Reviewers, the principal parameters affecting that ranking will be disclosed in or near the relevant marketplace interface.

Paid status will not influence ranking unless clearly identified as advertising or sponsored placement.

Pitchers remain responsible for deciding whether a Reviewer is appropriate for their pitch.

8. Prices

All current prices are denominated in US dollars (USD).

Reviewers currently choose a price between USD 10 and USD 100 per review.

The price shown immediately before checkout is the price applicable to that pitch.

Once checkout begins, the following are fixed for that transaction:

  • the review price;
  • the Reviewer's applicable review deadline;
  • the platform commission; and
  • the Reviewer payout account associated with the transaction.

Changes made by the Reviewer afterwards do not change an existing purchase.

The total amount you are required to pay will be displayed before payment.

Any tax that must legally be charged to the Pitcher will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Your bank or card provider may separately charge currency-conversion or other fees.

9. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe.

PitchYourGuestPost does not receive or store your complete card number.

Currently, purchases are paid by card through Stripe Checkout.

Stripe, your card issuer or PitchYourGuestPost may reject or delay a payment for fraud-prevention, security, sanctions, regulatory or technical reasons.

A pitch is not delivered to a Reviewer until payment has been successfully confirmed.

10. Purchasing a Review

To purchase a review, you:

  1. choose a Reviewer;
  2. prepare your pitch;
  3. review the price and review deadline;
  4. accept these Terms and the Refund Policy;
  5. request immediate commencement of the service where applicable; and
  6. complete payment through Stripe.

After successful payment, the pitch is delivered to the selected Reviewer and the review deadline starts.

The deadline is calculated from the time payment is confirmed.

11. Review Deadline

Each Reviewer chooses a review period between 1 and 14 days.

The deadline is the period during which the Reviewer is expected to provide their verdict.

If the deadline passes without a verdict, the pitch becomes overdue.

An overdue pitch is not automatically cancelled or refunded.

Once a pitch is overdue:

  • the Pitcher may cancel it for a full refund at any time before the Reviewer provides a verdict; and
  • the Reviewer may still complete the review until the Pitcher cancels.

If the Reviewer submits a verdict before the Pitcher cancels the overdue pitch, the review is completed and the normal completed-review rules apply.

12. Completed Reviews

A review is completed when the Reviewer gives:

  • an acceptance; or
  • a rejection with feedback.

The Reviewer is paid for genuinely reviewing and deciding on the pitch, not for accepting it.

A rejection with feedback therefore constitutes successful delivery of the purchased service.

The fact that a pitch is rejected does not by itself give the Pitcher a right to a refund.

13. Reviewer Cancellation

A Reviewer may cancel a pitch at any time before providing a verdict, including after the review deadline.

If the Reviewer cancels:

  • the Pitcher receives a full refund of the amount paid;
  • the refund is returned to the original payment method; and
  • the Reviewer receives no payment for that pitch.

14. Pitcher Cancellation

Before the review deadline, a Pitcher cannot normally cancel a paid pitch through the platform merely because they changed their mind.

Once the review deadline has passed without a verdict, the Pitcher may cancel the overdue pitch for a full refund.

The Pitcher must cancel before the Reviewer submits a verdict.

Once a verdict has been submitted, the platform cancellation option is no longer available.

These rules are subject to any mandatory consumer rights described below.

15. Refunds

Where a full refund is due under these Terms, PitchYourGuestPost refunds 100% of the amount paid to the original payment method through Stripe.

The time required for refunded money to appear in the Pitcher’s account depends on Stripe, the card network and the Pitcher’s bank or card issuer.

PitchYourGuestPost does not ordinarily provide a voluntary refund after a completed review merely because:

  • the Reviewer declined the pitch;
  • the Pitcher disagrees with or dislikes the feedback;
  • the Reviewer does not publish the proposed article;
  • no guest post results;
  • no backlink results;
  • the publication or website later changes; or
  • the Pitcher does not obtain a desired SEO, traffic, revenue or other result.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights under applicable law.

Further details are provided in the Refund Policy.

16. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

Because a pitch review is a time-sensitive service, PitchYourGuestPost asks consumers at checkout to expressly request that performance begin immediately after payment rather than waiting until the withdrawal period expires.

Where you make that request, the service may begin immediately.

If you exercise a statutory withdrawal right after performance has begun but before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided where applicable law permits this.

Where permitted by applicable law, your statutory withdrawal right is lost once the review service has been fully performed if:

  • you expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period; and
  • you acknowledged that you would lose the withdrawal right once the service had been fully performed.

A completed acceptance or rejection with feedback constitutes full performance of the pitch-review service for the purposes of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Purchase Confirmation

After a successful purchase, PitchYourGuestPost may provide transaction confirmation electronically, including by email and through your account.

The confirmation may include:

  • the Reviewer;
  • the amount paid;
  • the review deadline;
  • applicable cancellation and refund rules;
  • confirmation of your request for immediate performance; and
  • the versions of the Terms and Refund Policy applicable to the purchase.

PitchYourGuestPost keeps records of purchase consent for legal, contractual, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.

18. Your Pitch and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of material you submit through PitchYourGuestPost.

You grant PitchYourGuestPost a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your pitch and related material only where necessary to:

  • provide the marketplace service;
  • deliver the pitch to the Reviewer you selected;
  • operate in-platform messaging;
  • provide support;
  • investigate disputes;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • enforce these Terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit the material.

You must not submit material that:

  • infringes intellectual-property rights;
  • unlawfully contains another person's personal information;
  • breaches confidentiality obligations;
  • contains another person's trade secrets without permission; or
  • is otherwise unlawful.

19. Confidentiality and Reviewer Access

Your pitch is made available to the Reviewer you selected so that they can evaluate it.

Reviewers are required to use submission information for purposes connected with evaluating and responding to the pitch.

Reviewers must not use pitch information for unrelated marketing, resale, profiling, machine-learning training or other unrelated purposes unless they have an independent lawful basis permitting them to do so.

Further information about personal-data sharing with Reviewers is provided in the Privacy Policy and Reviewer Terms.

20. Messaging

Pitchers and Reviewers may communicate through PitchYourGuestPost’s in-platform messaging functionality.

Messages must be used lawfully and respectfully.

You must not use messaging to:

  • harass another user;
  • send unlawful spam;
  • commit fraud;
  • distribute malicious content;
  • request unlawful activity; or
  • intentionally circumvent platform fees or payment rules.

21. Off-Platform Arrangements

PitchYourGuestPost facilitates the initial paid review.

If a Reviewer accepts a pitch, any subsequent arrangements concerning drafting, editing, publication, deadlines, content requirements or other collaboration may be agreed directly between the Pitcher and Reviewer unless the platform expressly provides otherwise.

PitchYourGuestPost is not a party to such subsequent arrangements and does not guarantee their performance.

Users must not use off-platform arrangements to fraudulently avoid amounts already due to PitchYourGuestPost.

22. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use PitchYourGuestPost to upload, transmit or promote content that:

  • is illegal;
  • infringes intellectual-property rights;
  • is fraudulent or deceptive;
  • is defamatory;
  • unlawfully invades privacy;
  • contains malware or malicious code;
  • promotes criminal activity;
  • unlawfully discriminates against or harasses people;
  • sexually exploits minors; or
  • otherwise violates applicable law.

You must also not:

  • impersonate another person;
  • manipulate transactions, reviews or platform activity;
  • use stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the platform;
  • systematically scrape platform data without permission;
  • interfere with platform security;
  • create accounts for fraudulent purposes; or
  • misuse the marketplace to facilitate unlawful spam.

23. Moderation

PitchYourGuestPost may remove or restrict content, reject transactions, restrict features or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to:

  • enforce these Terms;
  • investigate fraud or abuse;
  • protect users or the platform;
  • comply with legal obligations; or
  • respond to valid reports concerning illegal content.

Where applicable law requires it, affected users will receive information about the reason for a moderation decision and available appeal options.

Illegal content may be reported using the reporting mechanism provided by PitchYourGuestPost.

24. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge or believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us promptly.

Consumers retain any rights available through their bank, card issuer, Stripe or applicable law.

Submitting a fraudulent or deliberately false chargeback may result in account restriction or termination.

A card-network decision concerning a chargeback does not determine whether a user has otherwise complied with these Terms.

25. Third-Party Services

PitchYourGuestPost uses third-party services to operate the marketplace, including services for:

  • payments and reviewer payouts;
  • authentication;
  • messaging;
  • transactional email;
  • analytics; and
  • error monitoring.

These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Use of Stripe services, including Stripe Connect by Reviewers, may be subject to Stripe's own agreements.

26. Platform Availability

We aim to keep PitchYourGuestPost available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Technical failures involving Stripe or other infrastructure may temporarily delay:

  • payments;
  • delivery of a pitch;
  • refunds;
  • reviewer transfers;
  • notifications; or
  • other platform functions.

Our systems may retry or reconcile affected transactions.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue platform features where reasonably necessary.

27. No Guarantee of Results

PitchYourGuestPost does not guarantee:

  • acceptance;
  • publication;
  • placement;
  • backlinks;
  • website availability;
  • SEO performance;
  • search rankings;
  • audience size;
  • traffic;
  • revenue;
  • partnerships; or
  • any other commercial result.

Reviewers control their own editorial decisions.

28. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using PitchYourGuestPost and request closure of your account at any time.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

  • these Terms have been materially or repeatedly violated;
  • fraud or abuse has occurred;
  • the account poses a security or payment risk;
  • the user has harassed or harmed other users;
  • illegal activity has occurred;
  • platform payment rules have been intentionally circumvented; or
  • suspension or termination is required by law.

Account deletion does not require us to delete information that we must retain for payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax or other legal purposes.

29. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a problem with a purchase or another user, contact:

support@pitchyourguestpost.com

PitchYourGuestPost may assist in resolving disputes relating to marketplace transactions, including reviewing transaction and communication records.

Our involvement in a dispute does not remove any mandatory right you may have to seek assistance from a competent consumer authority, alternative dispute-resolution body or court.

30. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PitchYourGuestPost is not responsible for:

  • a Reviewer’s independent editorial decision;
  • rejection of a pitch;
  • failure of a pitch to result in publication;
  • actions taken by a Pitcher or Reviewer outside the platform;
  • information or content on third-party websites;
  • changes to a Reviewer’s website;
  • SEO or ranking changes;
  • lost traffic, revenue or business opportunities resulting from an unsuccessful pitch; or
  • indirect or consequential business losses.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to:

  • the service;
  • payment systems;
  • law or regulation;
  • security requirements; or
  • our business operations.

Material changes will apply prospectively.

Where required by law, we will notify users of material changes before they become effective.

For paid transactions, PitchYourGuestPost records the version of the Terms and Refund Policy accepted at purchase.

32. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law that would otherwise apply to you, including protections available in your country of habitual residence where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms restricts jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights that cannot legally be waived.

33. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how PitchYourGuestPost processes personal data.

Cookie preferences and information about cookies and similar technologies are provided through our cookie banner, whose “Show details” view lists each cookie we use.

34. Other Terms

These Terms should be read together with:

  • the Refund Policy;
  • the Privacy Policy;
  • the Reviewer Terms, where applicable;
  • the cookie information in our cookie banner; and
  • our illegal-content reporting and moderation procedures.

If you become a Reviewer, the Reviewer Terms also apply to your Reviewer activity.
